Since his first television appearance, John has appeared on numerous other shows including MTV's Do What, VH1's 100 Most Metal Moments, and ABC's Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, where he appeared in KISS makeup alongside celebrity contestant, Gene Simmons.

In 2005, John produced the Rock & Roll Ball benefit concert for VH1 Save the Music where he performed with Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member, Marky Ramone of the Ramones and Mountain's Richie Scarlet. Throughout his musical career, John has also performed with musicians including longtime favorites Paul Stanley and Bruce Kulick of KISS as well as members of Anthrax, Biohazard, Black Label Society, Cyndi Lauper, Deep Purple, Dream Theater, Exodus, Frehley's Comet, God Forbid, Guns N' Roses, Halford, Iced Earth, In This Moment, the Late Show Horns, Overkill, Ozzy Osbourne, Sebastian Bach, Raging Slab, Slaughter, the Smithereens, Twisted Sister, Warrior Soul, and more.

In 2006, John began work with producers Alex and Roger Coletti and KISS on the multi-platinum DVD series KISSology. He received a 5x platinum RIAA award for "KISSology Vol. 1," "Vol. 2" has been certified 6x platinum, and "Vol. 3" has been certified 8x platinum. To date, the series has achieved a total of 19x platinum status.

John currently co-hosts the Talking Metal podcast and "Talking Metal on fuse." He also works with Gibson Guitars and performs with Paisley Babelon and Like It. In 2008, John will begin performing with an all-star group made up of Talking Metal co-host, Mark Strigl, and members of Hades, Non-Fiction, and Overkill.
